Namibia’s Premier Proffessional Admintrators and Executive Assistants Conference returns for its 2026 edition

The Zambezi Summit and Business Expo in partnership with the Executive Netwrok of Administrative Proffessionals (TENAP) is set to host the 2026 edition of the Proffessional Adminstrators and Executive Assistants Conference. The Conference is scheduled to take place from 22-23 April 2026 at C’est Si Bon Hotel in Otjiwarongo. 

According to the the Founder of the Proffessional Adminstrators and Executive Assitants Conference, Ms. Frieda Malala Matomola “the conference seeks to strengthen theprofessional competence, leadership capacity, and decision-support capabilities of Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, and Secretaries so that they can contribute meaningfully to executive performance and organisational success. It will also provide a platform for purposeful networking, peer learning, and alignment between executive leadership and their strategic support professionals, Matomola added.

Furthermore, the 2026 Professional Administrators and Executive Assistants Conference will run under the theme “Empowering the Administrative strategic partner behind every great Leader”. The theme aims to strongly  positions PAs as key strategic partners who contribute directly to executive performance, organisational efficiency, and business growth.
